Every job Josh Reeves’s crew takes starts with a free estimate, a printed page that spells out materials, labor and work specifications, and a date for prep. Four kinds of painting are pinned up below, each with a photo from a real job. Drywall, pressure washing and the bathroom remodels sit on the additional services page.
Interior and exterior painting for private homes, condos and apartments. The crew sands every surface to a clean base, moves the furniture, takes off switch plates and fixtures and lays drop cloths over the flooring. Low VOC paint keeps the odor down, and the job ends with a full clean up and a walk-through to address any concerns.
Seasonal weather, the color of the brick already there and a look that sits well with the neighbors all go on the exterior checklist. Inside, they work top down and leave the baseboards for last.
Kitchens are sheeted in plastic and the cabinets sprayed where they hang. Abigayle Haynes sent before and after pictures of yellow cabinets turned into a white kitchen. Tamra Vandiver’s went black, and she called them a show stopper.
Office buildings inside and out, warehouses, restaurants, hotels, health care buildings, parking garages, apartment and condominium complexes, and metal and steel-clad buildings. Weekend and evening schedules keep the day-to-day business moving.

What goes in the bucket
The crew works with recognized suppliers including Sherwin-Williams, Behr and Benjamin Moore, and can recommend a variety of low fume, eco-friendly products. Brushes and rollers handle most jobs. Some specialty work calls for a sprayer to get a high quality finish.
